Start the year with embodied purpose. Setting intentions is a powerful part of yogic practice and helps us to connect our thoughts, feelings, and actions. We will begin with embodied movement, breath and meditation. We will then spend time in guided reflection and writing and close with yoga nidra.
Considering key areas like Home, Body, and Mind this practice will dedicate reflection on what you want to bring into your life in the New Year with a sense of joy, hope, and compassion.
