Meg Thompson

Meg is passionate about bringing you a truly holistic experience. In Meg’s classes you’ll often return to themes such as gratitude and self-love.  She is passionate about creating a spiritual experience through strength building and restorative body work. Meg encourages listening to your own body in the moment. She will journey with you as you build a relationship with yourself. Meg’s classes are great for anyone who is looking to build their confidence

Emily Apps

Emily has always had yoga in her life from a young age. After having her kids, she eventually came back to yoga through her love for health and nutrition. Emily aims to maintain a nurturing and healing space. She encourages people to create a practice which makes them feel empowered and strong – always giving options and variations where needed. In Emily’s class, you’ll experience a lot of variety and she will connect with everyone’s energy in the room. Emily’s classes are great for anyone looking to feel empowered.

Kerry Short

Kerry discovered her passion for yoga through Youtube. After attending more regular classes, she found a love for the practice and eventually received her yoga teacher training. Her creative sequencing and clear instructions create a safe space and encourage strengthening in the body. Kerry’s passion for Yoga and her class themes culminate in a holistic experience for your head, heart, body and soul. Kerry’s classes are great for anyone who struggles with anxiety.

Sue Bolland

Sue began practicing yoga years ago to help her muscles recover from sporting activities. She became passionate about learning more and began teaching over 7 years ago. She enjoys teaching about yoga’s power to help the body and calm the mind. She creates a sensitive, nurturing atmosphere while quietly challenging your body and soul. Sue’s classes are great for anyone who wants to be gently challenged in a relaxing environment.


Tracey Hooks

Tracey has an abundance of Yoga and Meditation trainings under her belt, however it was her training in Yoga Therapeutics that really shaped the way she teaches today. The blend of Qigong moving meditations into Gentle Yoga calms the mind, moves the body and settles the soul.
Tracey teaches with openness and empathy, encouraging everyone in the space to connect with their own body to make adjustments that are natural and intuitive.
Tracey plans with care and attention to the needs of those in her classes.

Kerry

Kerry keeps things running at Heartspace Yoga. A budding yogi, Kerry will help you out with queries and bookings while keeping the staff organised. Kerry has three wonderful children and is a ray of light to our team.
