Meg is passionate about bringing you a truly holistic experience. In Meg’s classes you’ll often return to themes such as surrender and self-trust.  She is passionate about creating a spiritual experience through strength building and restorative body work. Emily Apps

Emily has always had yoga in her life from a young age. After having her kids, she eventually came back to yoga nine years ago through her love for health and nutrition. Emily aims to maintain a nurturing and healing space. She encourages people to create a practice which makes them feel calm and supported – always giving options and variations where needed. In Emily’s class, you’ll experience a lot of variety and she will connect with everyone’s energy in the room. Emily’s classes are great for anyone looking to feel soothed and still.

Kerry Short

Kerry completed her yoga teacher training in 2019 and has since developed her practice with a deep curiosity for the mind-body connection and thoughtful, energising sequencing. Passionate about creating a safe and empowering space, Kerry encourages students to explore their practice with curiosity and confidence. Her classes offer a holistic experience for your mind, body, and soul, blending movement and mindfulness. Kerry’s classes are great for anyone who wants to feel grounded, stronger, and more centred.

Steph Murdock

Stephanie has been part of the Heartspace community since 2016 and first came to yoga over 12 years ago as a way to support her own wellbeing. Over time, her practice grew into a deep interest in the mind–body connection and a desire to help others feel more supported in themselves.

After completing her neuro-informed, science-led teacher training in 2024, Steph stepped into her teaching with warmth and intention. She has a particular passion for mental health and for guiding people living with chronic illness or pain. Her classes are nurturing, gentle, and designed to help you move in ways that feel supportive and easeful. Her classes are great for anyone seeking a slow, supportive, and restorative practice.

Kerry

Kerry keeps things running at Heartspace Yoga. A budding yogi, Kerry will help you out with queries and bookings while keeping the staff organised. Kerry has three wonderful children and is a ray of light to our team.
