Rest and Restore

Level 1
A delicious balanced practice to both uplift and relax you - a grounding and steadying class, ideal for when you're tired or overwhelmed and need to give yourself permission to restore.

Start with gentle stretching and then transition into deep rest with nurturing restorative and yin yoga poses.

Gentle Yoga Flow

Level 2
With light stretching, moving through postures and breathing to slowly open your body, this class is gentle and perfect for you if you’re new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or enjoy a gentle class with a comfortable pace. We will immerse you in guided relaxations with your instructor throughout the journey.

Gentle Yoga QiGong Flow

Level 2
Unwind and de-stress with this Gentle Yoga Qigong Flow class. The yoga will be slow paced allowing you time to feel into the posture enjoying an unhurried stretch. Each session will include a qigong moving meditation. This not only helps to calm our nervous system, it also improves our range of motion and coordination.

Soulful Sundays

Level 2
This peaceful Sunday morning practice contains the best of both worlds. It'll begin with a mindful flow to release tension and gently tone your body, followed by a slower practice that may feature extended stretches, restorative poses, meditation & spiritual exploration.

You'll leave, body feeling supple and mind feeling grounded, ready to embrace the rest of this traditional day of rest.

Dynamic Vinyasa Flow

Level 3
Ready to move, sweat, stretch and strengthen while you relax? This is the perfect class for you. We dynamically work your entire body, weaving in a variety of spiritual teachings to help you deepen your practice and find peace and joy inside your mind.

WHICH CLASS SHOULD I DO?

If you’re not sure where to start, pop us an email at hello@heartspaceyoga.org or give Meg a bell on 07748 714436 and she’ll be so happy to recommend a class or two for you to try.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT MY FIRST CLASS?

Before arriving at your first class, come prepared with a yoga mat. No yoga mat? Let us know and we’ll lend you one for the class. Be sure to review the location of your class before attending as our locations vary depending on the class and day, some are online and some are in-person. Classes are 1 hour long.

At Heartspace Yoga, you have the support of an instructor every step of the way. Just be yourself, come as you are...and enjoy the experience!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Wear something comfortable that you can stretch in. No special yoga gear needed! Most people wear a combination of leggings or shorts and a t-shirt. Bring layers; a jumper and socks to keep warm for the relaxations. You might even like to bring a blanket to keep cosy with.

I’VE NEVER BEEN TO A YOGA CLASS AND FEEL A BIT INTIMIDATED.

We’re glad you chose us for your first class! Our compassionate and highly skilled instructors will walk with you through your class and answer any questions you may have. Our classes are often filled with everyone on different yoga journeys - from beginners to the more experienced. Relax! You’re welcome here! 

WHAT IF I CAN’T ATTEND THE CLASS I SIGNED UP FOR?

If you are unable to attend your class, please contact us or cancel your class via the app at least 12 hours in advance of the class.

HOW DO I TAKE A CLASS ONLINE?

All VIRTUAL classes are hosted on the platform Zoom. After signing up for the class on the Mind Body App or website, you’ll receive a link to attend the class online. Download Zoom by going to zoom.us/download. If you’ll be tuning in for class on your phone or tablet, simply download the Zoom app.
