A Yoga Workshop for Digestion, Hormone Health & the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Join Tracey for a deeply nourishing afternoon designed to support digestion, calm the nervous system, and help you feel more grounded in yourself.
In this 2.5-hour workshop, you’ll explore how your digestion can be supported through both modern functional health and the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
We’ll look at digestion through the clinical model of the Triangle of Hormonal Health - exploring how bringing blood sugar hormones, sex hormones, and stress hormones into balance can support better gut health.
You’ll also be introduced to the Earth Element in Traditional Chinese Medicine - a philosophy that has been in continuous practice for over 4000 years - and what it can teach us about nourishment, grounding, and the psycho-emotional aspects of digestion.
A Functional Wellness Talk
You'll begin by exploring how your hormones influence digestion, in a way that feels simple, accessible, and empowering - helping you understand how small shifts can create more balance in your body.
Traditional Chinese Medicine insights
You’ll be introduced to the Earth Element and its connection to digestion, nourishment, and emotional wellbeing - offering a deeper, more holistic way of understanding your body.
Pause + reflect
A short break with herbal teas, space to journal, and an opportunity to ask questions so you leave feeling clear and supported.
A deeply grounding Yoga practice
You’ll be guided through a nourishing, introspective Yin Yang style Earth Element sequence, supporting the stomach and spleen meridians. This will combine gentle movement, grounding stillness, and time to turn inward.
