If we haven’t met yet, hi - I’m Meg, founder of Heartspace Yoga, and I'll be guiding this retreat.
I’ve been teaching for over a decade now, and my approach is really about giving people space to slow down and breathe. The practices we’ll explore are there to help soften the noise of everyday life so you can come back to your body in a way that feels safe, steady, and spacious.
I care a lot about creating environments where people feel genuinely welcome - where you don’t have to be or do anything in particular. No pressure, no performance, just space to be yourself.
I’m really looking forward to meeting you and sharing this retreat with you.
