Before December gathers pace, come and give yourself an hour with nothing to do but rest.
Settle beneath your blankets and cushions as Camilla guides you through the sounds of gongs and singing bowls. You’re welcome exactly as you are - whether you’ve been to a Soundbath before or this is your first.

A new, cosier home for our soundbaths
We listened to your feedback and have moved this soundbath to The Ghyll in Southwater. It’s a quieter, more intimate space, with underfloor heating to keep you warm as you lie back and relax. We hope it gives you just the right conditions to switch off and sink a little deeper into the experience.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, two blankets or a sheepskin rug, an eye covering and a water bottle so you can settle in and be as cosy as possible.
