Sue’s Vinyasa Fundamental workshops are devoted to mindfully breaking down our Vinyasa Flow and the most common posture questions.
We'll deconstruct and reconstruct pose-by-pose and you’ll learn all you need to know (in a simple and easy to digest way) to take your practice to new levels and move towards a light and graceful experience.
The whole sun salutation vinyasa will be covered including like chaturanga (half plank), shoulder stand as well as crow and handstands (don’t worry, it’ll be broken down!).
Included in the workshop is a moment to rest with some yummy fruit infused water and healthy protein balls to keep you going.
