This evening class starts with gentle, easy movements to help your body stretch out, release tension, and let go of the day’s stress. You’ll move slowly and mindfully, tuning in to how your body feels as you unwind.
In the second half of the class, we shift into deeply relaxing, restorative poses. With the support of blankets and bolsters, you can fully rest your body and calm your mind.
It’s the perfect way to end your day feeling peaceful, balanced, and ready for a restful night’s sleep.
An empowering Pilates experience. This class combines light weights and small balls to help you strengthen your deep core muscles, improve posture, and cultivate a powerful sense of inner strength.
(Please bring your own 1 or 2kg weights - food cans work brilliantly too!)
This full-body conditioning class is designed to strengthen and stabilise your body, creating a powerful foundation that will directly complement and enhance your yoga practice. Build core stability and muscle strength to help protect your joints, and help you to age strong
Bring your own dumbbells (hand weights) and build a good foundation of strength exercises to energise and empower your whole body.
This class is suitable for all levels and provides a truly holistic approach to your fitness and mobility.
With light stretching, moving through postures and breathing to slowly open your body, this class is gentle and perfect for you if you’re new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or enjoy a gentle class with a comfortable pace. We will immerse you in guided relaxations with your instructor throughout the journey.
