Each month, we explore different modalities of movement - giving you the chance to explore different styles, teachers, and ways to feel good in your body and mind.

 

FEBRUARY
NEW: Gentle Yoga Flow with Amanda

With light stretching, moving through postures and breathing to slowly open your body, this class is gentle and perfect for you if you’re new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or enjoy a gentle class with a comfortable pace. We will immerse you in guided relaxations with your instructor throughout the journey.

Yoga with Weights Core Flow with Tracey

An empowering class that blends the mindfulness of yoga with the strength-building benefits of hand weights.

Flow through postures while using 1–2kg weights to challenge your core, build stability, and unlock a deeper sense of power and confidence in your body.

This practice leaves you feeling strong, balanced, and centred - with the grounding of yoga and the strength to carry into daily life.
