Free Classes All Day - Find Calm Amidst the Chaos

Whether you're battling a busy schedule, struggling with sleep, or in real need of a moment of peace, our nurturing and supportive classes are designed to help you prioritise your wellbeing.

We'll help you reclaim your body's natural flexibility, ease tension in your neck, shoulders and hips and feel that bit lighter in your mood.
With classes ranging from gentle stretches to dynamic flows, there’s something for everyone.

Schedule

11.00–12.00 | Embodied Flow
12.30–1.15 | Dynamic Yoga
2.30–3.30 | Gentle Yoga 
4.00–5.00 | Gentle Yoga
5.30–6.30 | Rest & Restore

Beginner? Any of the Gentle classes or the Rest & Restore will be great for you!
